GDAP Solutions Limited work with engineering businesses (and as a consultant) to provide innovative engineering systems and design solutions for projects by creating an environment where projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality and more importantly, to the customer's specifications. As a small to medium company, we have the advantage of being flexible and able to cater or adapt to any type of project and customer request.

Some of the projects we have delivered over the years includes:

Gatwick Airport Station Redevelopment;
Project dealt with the provision of new Platform 7, refurbished concourse, upgraded track and signalling. Overall project valued at £32M.

North London Railway Infrastructure Project (NLRIP);
Resignalling and infrastructure modification to the North London Line in preparation for the 2012 Olympics to improve the capacity and enable the new trains. Overall contract valued at £350M.

East Kent Resignalling Phase 1;
Replacement of life expired signalling equipment in the East Kent area of the rail network to improve reliability and train performance. Overall contract valued at £93.5M.

East London Line Extension (ELLX);
West Croydon, Crystal Palace & South Croydon implementation works. Extending the East London Line and making it part of the mainline London Overground network. Overall project cost around £1 Billion.

Southern Region Power Supply Upgrades (SRPSU);
Power supply upgrade across the Southern Region to improve train performance, reliability and to accommodate new generation of trains. Project valued at £50M.

Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) Phase 1;
Creation of a new maintenance depot linked to the Channel Tunnel Rail Link at Temple Mills (near Stratford, East London) to service the Eurostar trains. Project overall budget at £402M.

Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) Phase 2;
Major project dealt with the redevelopment of the North and East area of St. Pancras station to enable new connections from CTRL into the existing network and new connections for Thameslink services. Project valued at £1.9 Billion.
